Help with SITE and HOME.
Install first, then start your inspection or audit
Open SITE or HOME in your browser. If an Install option appears, choose it. On iPhone, use Share → Add to Home Screen. On desktop, look for Install in your browser menu or address bar. Open the installed app once while connected so its offline files can be saved.
Back up regularly and before clearing browser data, removing the app or moving devices.
Your data and backups
Inspections and photos are stored in the browser on each device. Use Back up this site/home before clearing browser data or changing devices. Transfer the backup file securely, then use Restore a backup on the new device. A licence on the new device does not sync the inspection data.
iPhone and iPad
Safari and the Home Screen app use separate storage. Install first, then start in the installed app. If you already started in Safari, back up there and restore in the installed app.
Camera and offline use
Allow camera access when prompted. SITE can import photographs from the phone camera roll. After the app has loaded and saved its offline files, it can continue without a signal. Keep a separate backup of important records.
