Software licence and local records.

HOME and SITE are planned as separate one-time purchases. A verified purchase should grant an entitlement to the chosen product. Each activated device keeps a signed local proof so the app works without a continuous internet check.

Devices

A legitimate purchaser should be able to use the product on the phone and computer needed for their work. The final fair-use and device policy is still to be set and will be stated before payment. A new or reset device will need online purchaser verification to activate again.

Licence is separate from data

Activation does not move site audits, home inspections or photos between devices. Those are local. Use Back up and Restore a backup to transfer them; store the backup somewhere safe. No cloud sync is included in the base product.

Use and updates

The licence is for using the product, not for redistributing the software or selling access to it. The final grant, permitted business use, updates and termination terms will be published when purchases open. This pre-launch information does not grant or restrict business use.
