Knowledge and clarity, from home to site
EYASTRA brings construction know-how to the people who need it. Start with a guided inspection of your new home. Explore the professional tools we are building next.
A better first look
Most people receive the keys without being shown how to check the home they have bought.
Which systems should be working? What is normal for a new finish? What should you photograph and raise with the developer? EYASTRA gives you a practical route through those questions, with guidance beside each check and a report drawn from your answers.

Introducing HOME by EYASTRA
Start with the essentials, then move room by room. The next stage is ready when you finish the one you are in.
Find your aftercare details, identify the systems and set the heating before you start.
Follow the checks in each room. Choose what you found and photograph anything that needs attention.
Your answers become room-by-room findings. Check the wording, make changes and share when ready.
Run the water briefly, then look around the screen, tray and nearby floor for an obvious leak.
What to look for Check that the screen feels secure during normal use, and look for gaps in the sealant or water escaping onto the floor. Do not remove panels or fittings.
The shower screen felt loose during normal use in the bathroom.
This example stays on this page. In Home, you can add several findings and photos to each check, then review the full report before sharing it.
Designed for clarity
Each question comes with useful context, right where you need it.
Add several photographs to a finding, with the room and check already identified.
EYASTRA drafts the issue from your answers, so you can review it before sharing.
Why EYASTRA exists
“I built EYASTRA to put practical construction knowledge in the hands of new homeowners and innovative tools in the hands of professionals.”
For more than a decade, I have worked at a senior level in construction, including recognition as Site Manager of the Year, Site Team of the Region and a Pride in the Job winner. I have also spoken with NHBC inspectors, customer-care professionals, other people working across construction, and many homeowners who felt overwhelmed by the process of buying a new home.
Those conversations, alongside my own site experience, shape the checks and guidance in EYASTRA Home. It walks you through your new home, room by room, helps you capture what you find and turns your answers into a clear report. It is a practical way to begin with confidence, without having to pay hundreds of pounds for a professional snagger just to know where to start.
Home is the beginning of a wider EYASTRA ecosystem. We are developing Site for construction professionals, with calculators and other practical tools to follow. The aim is to help developers and their teams create a clearer record from inspection through handover, so homeowners, customer-care teams and trades can understand, pass on and resolve issues with less re-explaining.
