02SITE
On a walk you always know where you are, and rarely know what you’ll find. So every photo is filed where you took it, and who fixes it is decided when you sort — straight away, or when the walk is done. Not sure yet? It waits as Needs assigning; SITE never guesses a trade. A developer can act on a HOME report without ever opening HOME; a contractor, on a SITE report without opening SITE. So HOME and SITE write for different people, in one shape — laid out for whoever has to act on it.
